1. Perishable Goods Notice

Due to the perishable nature of food items (dates, chocolates, and related food packaging), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been shipped and delivered. This ensures the highest safety and hygiene standards for all our customers.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

We will gladly replace or refund your purchase if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or spoiled upon arrival.
  • You received an incorrect item different from what was ordered.
  • The package was lost during transit by our courier partner.

3. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any issues with your order, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request quickly, please provide:

  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photo or video evidence showing the damaged or incorrect product and original packaging.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed or handed over to the courier service.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible due to food safety and logistics regulations.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued via your original method of payment.
  • Credit/Debit card and electronic payments (e.g., Mada, Apple Pay) typically take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
